Canaan Motel

The owner was very helpful in recommending local eats/drinks - as well as a scenic route to check out. We were on a bike, and he allowed us to leave it under the awning. The room was clean and towels were soft - they also had a very easy to use/reach charge block for our electronic devices.

No complaints.

The owner was very welcoming. He allowed us to park our motorcycles under the front overhang to keep them out of the rain that was forecast for overnight. The rooms were lovely. We will definitely be rebooking here on our next trip to Maine. Highly recommend it.

Only issue was the additional cost for taxes, which we thought had been included in the price. Not a deal breaker. Still would stay there again. 2 👍 .

This Motel Was Clean And Had All The Basic Amenities You Needed For Your Stay. We Were Both Happy With The Stay At The Motel. We Look Forward To Coming Back When We Visit Again. And, When We Needed Directions He Was Very Happy To Assist With Getting Us There Too. And, To Find Places To Eat At Too.

The owner checked me in was a very delightful man and the room was quiet and very spacious. Full size frig was nice. Just all and all very wonderful stay after a very long day of travel. Thank you
