Plenty of parking room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was expensive at £16.50 and the selection was not great considering the price 😕 the cooked food was barely warm so disappointing

Hotel was conveniently just off the busy roads so it made me a quiet area and great at night with not hearing traffic. We had planned to try out the swimming pool and sauna but we ran out of time and had to get home. The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival and our check in was smooth and she gave us directions to our room. We had a privilege room which was lovely with a huge bed, bathtub with power shower over it. A sofa in the room as well. No aircon in the room but windows opened slightly and I found a small fan on the floor. Aircon might be worth the hotel looking into for future developments. There was a long radiator for cold months. We only had breakfast at the hotel. It finished at 09:30 (which we did not realise and no information in the rooms about when kitchen or bars close) and we just got to breakfast just as everything was being packed away but a very kind staff member helped us to get some cooked breakfast before it all went back to the kitchen. The bar area was a good size and tv on the wall. Parking was very good and lots of spaces z the signs say to lay £10 up to 24 hour stay but at the reception desk you can register your car details and the receptionist tells you what to book the car in under the sections, so it was free to park. We had a good night sleep in a comfortable bed but sadly other guests were screaming in the corridor at. 23:00. Luckily they went into their rooms after 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

No aircon in the rooms- might be a problem for guests in warmer weather. But a fan is available.

So uncomfortable ive hardly slept

I came here with my family in May and stayed a few days in June, the staff here are very warm and friendly, especially Iulia, Keri, and Irina at breakfast. The service is impeccable and made the stay even more enjoyable! They were always managing to keep a smile on their faces even despite having to look after so many people at once! I will definitely look forward to coming back and I hope that this review is passed on to Iulia, Keri and Irina, as well as the rest of the team, they are simply outstanding and should continue making guests feel at home! 10 star service!! Would definitely recommend!
