"Bit of a gem !"

Absolutely perfect hotel . The room was spotless and spacious , bathroom super clean, plenty of storage and the bed really comfy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great , plenty of it and hot . Really pleasant dining room with great views . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Would definitely stay again . A lovely time had by all ❤️. Thank you .

"Lovely hotel."

The hotel was beautiful . Very clean and the staff was so friendly . The breakfast was very nice a lovely choice of fresh fruit, breads ,fry up etc. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. Will definitely be staying again.

"Not up to the recent reviews!"

Is this the same Mercure Daventry as the recent reviews? Check-in was ok, no Accor acknowledgement just functional. Kid circling reception on his scooter was a great impression of the hotel! Having checked in and been to our room 177, guessing this room must have missed the refurbishment, bathroom door seems to have a thin roller coating of undercoat and plenty of scratch marks. Bathroom sealer mouldy along with the shower door sealer…. Windowsills need the silicon replacing…. First Impressions……

"Above and beyond"

Comfortable rooms. Lovely food. Alex was just amazing during our daily trainings. Always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were topped up on tea and coffee. Great service and a lovely lady.
