Resort Fontana

Its state of conservation is not of the best. For those who do not go to the hotel by taxi, going to the reception is a martyrdom because of the amount of ramps and stairs that need to climb, especially with luggage.

We (young couple) had a great stay, and in our opinion, the hotel should have a better rating. The location next to the beach and 5 min walk from the pittoresque Jelsa harbour is just perfect. Breakfast and Dinner were very tasty. The resort is very clean, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was rather small but sufficient, it had a balcony with nice view. There was no air conditioning, but tat was OK for us. All employees were very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Although there were many children, it was quite, and we can recommend for guests with and without children. The kids animation program looked like great fun. We will come again.

I was excited to check out the hotel, seeing it often off Jelsa superbe "lungo mare" promenade. The management is putting an effort into renovating parts of the large complex of bungalows and town houses, but the single rooms building is in a pretty bad shape and is in a dire need of upgrade.

Valtavan kokoinen alue rinteessä monessa tasossa. Ei sovellu huonokuntoiselle eikä liikuntaesteiselle. Huoneemme oli alueen toisessa laidassa alimpana rinteessä ja aamupalallekin oli melkoinen matka. Aamiainen oli kyllä hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hyvät uimapaikat aivan hotellin edustalla ja Jelsan keskustaan 10min kävelymatka. Hotellissa ei myöhään illalla ole enää mitään palveluja joten "yödrinksusta" hotellin baarissa on turha haaveilla. Ilmastointi puuttui, mutta fan piti huoneen lämpötilan yllättävän hyvin siedettävänä.

Géographiquement idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique et à couper le souffle. Cependant, les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur : pas de frigo ni de climatisation dans les chambres (dans un pays où les températures sont rarement en dessous de 30 degrés), les appartements et la piscine auraient besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement, pas de chauffe-eau opérationnel pendant 2 jours, petit-déjeuner lamentable (aucune viennoiserie proposée : le comble)...

God frokost og middag inkludert under oppholdet, kort vei til strand og sentrum. Leilighetshotellet noe utdatert og mangler klimaanlegg.

Rigtig fint hotel/værelse til afslapning. Værelset havde en fin størrelse med plads omkring sengen. Badeværelset var ligeledes i fin stand. Lille fint siddeområde med to stole og bord foran indgangen. Der var ikke køleskab på vores værelse, hvilket ville have været perfekt. Rengøring var der ikke, trods fire dage på værelset. Den "rengøring vi fik var, at vores lagner og håndklæder blev lagt sammen og lagt på sengen. Gode muligheder for at ligge på klippestrand for at slappe af, men mulighed for at leje liggestole. Maden i restaurenten var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Det smagte udemærket og fint udvalg, men ikke noget vi så frem til. Vi havde halvpension og det var fint for os.

Pro: - gute Lage (fußläufig nach jelsa, direkt am Meer) - Essen war gut, abwechslungsreich. - Problemloses Check-in und Check-out Contra: - Hotelanlage riesig und somit sind die Wege sehr lang - unglaublich viele Stufen, wegen Hanglage (Weg einfach zur Straße 109 Stufen) - Poolbereich veraltet (Platten locker) - Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank/ Klimaanlage/ Safe - Duschvorhang und Klobürste dreckig (vergilbt) - Wasser läuft schlecht ab in der Dusche - Servicepersonal oft genervt - KGM Leihservice gegenüber der Reception nicht zu empfehlen ! Abzocke und schlechte Qualität. In der Stadt von Jelsa gibt es eine Super Vermietung (SunCity)

The room was very worn out, bed linen with stains and holes. Carpet on the floor with hundreds of stains. Cleaning lady left the room with an open door to the balcony, which was easy to access from outside. She also unplugged refrigerator everytime she vacuumed and did not put it in again. Really old hotel but area was amazing to the water and close to the harbor.

Noi ci siamo trovati malissimo, una camera standard per tre persone di 17mq, con moquette squallida e sporca; bagno rotto all'arrivo e rimasto così per 12 giorni cioè sino alla partenza .x quanto riguarda il servizio pessimo in tutto e x tutto, asciugamani cambiati dopo una settimana, cibo a dir poco scadente adatto solo ed esclusivamente ai tedeschi sconsigliato agli italiani:meglio un b&b
