Comfort Inn Kearney - Liberty

Location and that's it

No TV remote. Was told it was stolen. Then I used a universal remote I downloaded on my phone and got the TV functioning just for nothing to work on it. So basically the entire stay had no TV. It advertised with a hot tub next to the public pool but there wasn't one luckily there was a tub in the room. Nothing in the bathroom worked it was all broken. The room was booked before gotten there nothing was offered as an alternative for what we were given. As soon as we got there I had to go down and ask for new bedding because the bedding that was on there was dirty and gross and then the next set of betting we got was also stained so I didn't use the bed that was there and unfortunately I didn't bring my own. Also I understand to not put the key cards next to my phone and I did not do that but yet the entire State I had to have my cards reset about three or four times just to get in and out of our room. All in all it was a very uncomfortable stay and I would never book another stay there again.

Lots of pillows and the room smelled clean. Bed was good. Staff was friendly.

This hotel may have permanent residents. These residents use the side of the hotel as a personal garage. Use the main entrance to not see this.

The room smelled like mold , totally disgusting. Woke up at three in the morning totally congested.

The condition of the room, the towel bar was missing in the bathroom and they just left the holes.

Was as expected. The staff very friendly and helpful

The only things we liked were the beds and the shower

room smelled musty, carpet was stained and filthy, there was literally sand/dirt piled inside the window, toilet paper holder and towel bars were missing in the bathroom. Lights in the bathroom were so dim you could barely see.

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful

Curtains were dirty and not hanging straight on the rods in several places. Carpet was stained. patches on the walls in the bathroom, not painted. No towels in the room. Had to ask for them at the front desk.

The breakfast was the same as any hotel, Belgian waffles cereal and eggs. The location was good for my needs.

Carpets need cleaning. There wasn't a channel guide or operating instructions for the TV. The toilet was running when I walked into the room. I couldn't call the front desk, there wasn't a cord for the phone.
