Serviceleistung ist mittelmäßig. Fehlende Struktur und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit. Die Zimmer Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Wir hatten Schimmel im Zimmer und Feuchtigkeit. Bilder hierzu können gerne zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Clubanlage, die Architektur und Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Leider wird das der Wetterbedingungen nicht wieder instandgesetzt. Die Poolanlage ist stark sanierungsbedürftig. Ein Teil des Putzes im unterliegenden Pool ist bereits abgefahren und mit einem Netz gesichert. Der Boden macht einen Anschein, als wäre er schmutzig. Hier ist nur auf die alte Farbe nachgestrichen worden. Die Essensauswahl am Buffet, wiederholt sich täglich.

Not a 5 star by any means, Hilton should be ashamed by its association to this hotel. Maximum 4 star, if not 3 star. Price: extortionate for what it offers. Extremely overpriced . Breakfast: terrible. No fresh juices at breakfast nearly all frozen food at a resort where there are many kids. Buffet: awful, very low quality. Mostly frozen. A la carte restaurants: supposedly full when trying to book for either 3 of the restaurants at the resort. Upon complaining we found a table in one of the three only to find the ‘full’ restaurant was empty. The hotel is pushing guests towards buffet for obvious reasons. Rooms: very dirty and not 5 star quality, despite recent refurbished.

We spend a week here, The resort is very nice. Our room had the private pool. The beach is very close to the rooms, it is not very crowded and umbrellas and deck chairs are available to guests free of charge. There is also a nice swimming pool. The food is very good and varied. There are three different restaurants with different menus. The service is excellent and all the staff are always helpful and kind and always smiling. A SPA, gym and tennis court are also available. I highly recommend this Resort to spend a wonderful holiday.

We arrived three adults and a baby and they took care of us for a very pleasant stay, thank you very much 🙏🏼 a quiet, romantic place. With excellent food, a great breakfast, plenty of restaurants... clean and pleasant luxurious rooms

Second time here for a getaway and it keeps getting better and better. amazing staff, amazing food. all facilities are great and the pool and the beach are great. good food nice wines and relaxation like no other. the place provides a serenity and calmlness even when full. thank we will be back

Although there was always something nice to eat, they would benefit from offering more diverse options, such as kids' meals. Each night, the only option for children was pasta. I had to request fish fingers, and my toddler ended up eating chips most nights as he prefers bland foods. There was nothing for him but chips and pasta. Additionally, while the fish was great, there were not many chicken options and lots of pork, which we don't eat. During the day, the options were limited to salmon bowls or chicken with cold, hard rice and few vegetables, or burgers and chips. For children, it was just chips and/or nuggets. There were no healthy options, smoothies, milkshakes, or ice creams during the day, which is unheard of for a 5-star hotel in a country with 30+ degree temperatures. The hotel also lacked coffee options during the day, often claiming their machines were broken. They only offered Americano or cold coffee, which were unpleasant if made incorrectly. The à la carte options were similarly disappointing. We had to pay a supplement for the majority of dishes, leaving us with little choice, so we ended up at the buffet. The only restaurant we truly enjoyed was the Italian, where we stayed all night eating and drinking. There were only three à la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package, and we could only use them three times. I didn't eat the mains on principle because I had to pay extra for prawns. This really let them down. The Asian and Greek restaurants had bland menus. When we complained, they simply apologized and thanked us for our feedback. Hopefully, they will take it into consideration.
