The food was acceptable, but the options were quite limited. You also need to make reservations for each restaurant, and the menus themselves are rather short. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our first room wasn’t working, and the air conditioning was very noisy — something that really shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this standard. They changed our room after two days, but in the meantime, the jacuzzi in the first room hadn’t been cleaned and couldn’t be used the first night. The second room was slightly smaller, but at least the air conditioning worked properly, although the noise issue persisted. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the second room also didn’t work well and wasn’t properly cleaned. Airport shuttle service is available, but it costs €120 each way. Renting a car for a week is around €200, which might be a better option. The staff were friendly, but not all of them speak English, which can make communication a bit difficult. In summary, the hotel is too expensive for what you actually get. The service and facilities did not live up to expectations.

Restaurant asiatique vraiment super tres copieux et bon, le yummi truck sympa aussi le lindian burger parfait.et notre coup de coeur le bliss bar avec des barmans hyper sympas aux petits soins et tres souriants spécialement Anastalia vraiment chouette personne merci a eux.petits bemols les housses des transats plages et notre suite tachés pas tres engageants..et des odeurs d'egouts parfois dans la salle de bain mais le systeme d'evacuation en grece est ainsi .les jardins sont bien entretenus et la plage super.

The hotel is located on a spacious and well-maintained property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good facilities overall: pools, bars, gym. The room was large and clean. The atmosphere is generally pleasant.

The comfort level does not match the price. The room door opens directly to the outside, and hotel staff noise was frequently audible. On two occasions, staff entered my room while I was inside, which felt intrusive. The food selection was quite limited and didn’t reflect the cost of the stay. The hotel is also far from any shops or restaurants — not ideal without a car.

Very beautiful, looks like a real 5-star resort The pool is awesome, the kids had a lot of fan!

The meals at the hotel were not tasty and there wasn’t much variety or abundance There were no treats like popsicles or snacks for kids during the day It didn’t felt like all inclusive, during the day the only thing excluding meals was French fries and nuggets for the kids. The clean level of the rooms is very low, they changed our bed linens only once during our entire stay. The beach is not comfortable for staying, the bar is very far from the beach and there was nothing to drink available directly on the beach.
