Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the property directly using the contact details supplied on your booking confirmation. PREMIER SUITES Birmingham do provide guests the option for self-check in, available upon a request in advance of arrival date. To arrange this, please notify the property. The team at PREMIER SUITES Birmingham would need to issue guests with a SOT Pay online secure payment link to complete the payment transaction in advance of the arrival. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday, from 09:00 until 20:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 until 18:00 ,Saturday from 10:00 until 19:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 11:00 until 17:00. Reservations for 3 or more apartments will be considered a group booking, and 20% of your payment is due at the time of booking as a nonrefundable deposit. Failure to pay the booking deposit, return the group contract on time, or to disclose that you are visiting as part of a group could result in your booking being canceled. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings if we suspect they may cause disruption to other guests. We have the right to refuse to check-in such groups and will not refund any monies paid in advance in the event of non-disclosure of the group at time of booking. You will receive the SOT pay link as described to process your payment. This must be completed before check in. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note that the security deposit of £250 per apartment can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The apartment was in a great location for where we were visiting and it was very comfortable. The check-in staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We couldn't get any channels on the TV and the hob we couldn't get to work. Unfortunately we did see popcorn under the sofa which made us feel like the cleaning wasn't to the best level. However, I would try these apartments again.

I loved having this apartment in the middle of all the excitement that I could walk by myself to the amazing parties like Suki10 and other warehouses and shop for cool things in Red Brick Market. The staff in Premier are so nice and friendly, the place is spotless, the apartment let in loads of light and was spacious. I had the most amazing time!!!! I felt safe. There was the option for a lift with a suitcase. Kitchen had everything I needed (though I'd swap out a few decaf coffee sachets for more caffeinated ones :)). Comfy great couch, comfy great bed!

Its not for me but if you are sensitive to sound it maybe isn't the best for you. The whole apartment complex was perfect and I heard no tenants. It's just to location is in the most active part of Birmingham. If you are like me you won't mind and will chill anyway :) I slept without pillows as like most places they are just too big. Removed pillows and had best sleep! :) Great blackout blinds there

Clean apartment. Lots of utensils and cutlery.

Was at the very top floor and corner of the building. The wind kept howling and the front door was a bit loose so it kept rattling horribly.

The location was excellent in terms of central... BUT the market see below The rooms were very large clean and the most comfortable bed I have slept on Having the additional lounge space was useful as travelling with another couple to a concert and therefore space to sit and chat

Woken about 4am with what sounded like scaffolding collapsing.... my husband thought it was form lifts moving things/metal market stalls
