Not sure what the negative reviews are all about. Check in was easy and the room was clean and quiet

🐜 ants all over stove and counter tops. got in our drinks and food shower was to short to wet head had to bend over to wash hair other guests were creepy

Location wasn't bad.

Shampoo bottle and soap bar packs were dusty/dirty. The towels had a dead bug and a hair on them. There was hair on the chair and dirt on the floor. Toothpaste on the bathroom floor. Last guest's coffee was still in the coffee pot.

Quiet and room was comfortable.

There was a guy that greeted us in the parking lot. He had a broom in hand. We thought he was a worker but not sure. After we checked in he met us outside was very creepy and told us we could have stayed for free in a room that the door was opened. Not sure if it was his room or not. But it creeped us out as we were two women on our own. If we had seen him when we came back from our event, we would have left and asked for a refund. Very inappropriate if he does work for you.

Trying to book a room on the way there but they pop me up a note that said sorry somebody else already got your room you got to get another one and then there wasn't any available then they charged me for the room and I never went there and I stayed at some dump downtown for the same price and they didn't get my reservation either so I had to pay three times for one room just cuz you guys wouldn't accept my reservation stupid app I mean it's super confusing when they say he reservation you didn't get got canceled cuz somebody you took too long and somebody else got your room and then they charge you for the room anyway and you never even got to stay there when you wanted booking.com is a complete f****** ripoff b******* f****** app f****** don't want to refund your money after they f****** rip you off f****** three times f****** b******* had to pay $350 more than I made all day that day and no recourse real great I left a message to about it no one even bother to get back from you just f****** careless machines out there

I didn't like the fact they told me I didn't get my room after they said it was reserved and then they pop up a note and said somebody else got it first and then they charged me for it and say I had it after I already slept in some other dump got to pay three times for one dumpy ass s*** room anyway it's probably booking.com so I don't know who's the f****** scam artist they always act like you got a room reserved then you get there oh we don't have a reservation we don't know nothing about I got a reservation number you still can't get the room and you got to pay again with your credit card that's what happened to me that was my experience until they clean that s*** up I don't think there's going to be very good reviews

Our stay was wonderful but the room was not what we thought is was the false advertisement but it was in a nice area

When checking in, the person at the desk looked like she just woke up. My room had a dirty floor, the cable TV didn't work, only one channel was available. The shower head sprayed water all over. Very difficult to get a warm water temp for shower. There was a single serve coffee pouch and a four cup coffee maker. No coffee in the check in office. The good thing was the bed was comfortable. And a 100$ damage deposit required????? Wow.

Inexpensive, good location, not bad if you just need a bed for the night. Not the nicest place in the world but we would definitely stay again.
