Deerfield Inn and Suites - Fairview

The lobby was disorganized with boxes and broken furniture. The room was very dated. The sofa was stained and two big for the room. The bathroom sink doubled as a kitchen sink with a disposal. The lamps were stained and shades in poor condition. The bed was hard and squeaky. Linens were poor quality and pillows were limited. The floor was dirty. We prepaid through a site or would have moved on. There is a large trash bin with old furniture and cardboard strewn around it. This is could a great place with good access to the interstate and the Thompson Kitchen food was amazing.

It was as expected for the price point. Guests can clearly see the property and the rooms are under renovations. We would suggest to management to bring dumpsters onsite to assist with the debris and discarded furniture. Room cleanliness was average at best, since there are active room renovations, would suggest extra dusting and mopping, especially after work has been done in a room. Our only complaint is when a construction employee opened our door without announcing themselves. In my opinion, renovations should only happen when the room is not occupied.

The room was clean and I liked it

No point in booking a stay here. As a local i can tell you for the same price i could have stayed at the holiday inn in dickson, and had a pool and some customer service...and my food options would've be more than a dennys or gas station pizza. 1/ 10 wouldn't recommend. My bed sheets had burn holes in them also. And the breakfast was corn flakes or raison brand.

The room stunk soon as I walked in it was nasty smelling luckily I had a plug in with me. Looked like the covers and top blankets hadn't been washed in a while the sink was cracked and roaches crawling on the floor.

Very nice motel for the price.

The only thing I like about it. It was warm.

The rooms were dirty. The comforters were staying with blood.
