Personal de recepción al check in muy amable y clara con la información. Recepción al check out muy x, no dio seguimiento a la satisfacción del huésped. Meseros nada atentos. Me tuve que acercar para pedir AyB, no se me trajo lo que pedí y lo incluyeron en la cuenta. Les dieron la preferencia a extranjeros… se notó la actitud que muestran a nacionales.::

The property was beautiful, the beach was nice. The staff was beyond excellent, so helpful and accommodating!!! The tuna tartar was excellent and the seafood lobster yummy!!! We included breakfast and was satisfied also!!! We stayed March 26 to April 1 2025 definitely not long enough. Can't wait to go back !!!!!!

Es war jeden Tag bis 0 Uhr laute Musik. Die Musik kam von einem Restaurant was genau unter der Hotel war. Der Bass dröhnte wirklich jeden Tag bis zur späten Abendstunde. Die Fenster konnten auch leider nicht richtig geschlossen werden, was das ganze natürlich noch mehr verschlimmerte. Wir hatten eine Dschungel Room. Man kann nur hoffen, dass die anderen Zimmer gegenüber im Hauptgebäude von dem Hotel nicht betroffen sind. Das Essen war dafür wirklich sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
