As usual in Ireland, the price was high - however, the apartment could accommodate four, not just us 2

There could have been more attention to detail in the upkeep. While the apartment was essentially clean, there was some mould around windows in one bedroom. Thick dust on extractor fans and convector heaters in bathroom could pose a fire hazard. One of the beds had a ripped sheet on bed on our arrival which was replaced quickly on request, but really shouldn’t have been put on the bed in the first place. Towels were old and quite hard.

Very well kept apartments - perfect for me and my husband and our two daughters (17 and 20) - traditional Irish property. If you are looking for something sleek and modern, look elsewhere. If you want cozy and home and comfortable this is your space.

It would have been nice to have coffee filters and a few other things (washcloths)…

Everything. The entire area of Salthill and Galway is always weather dependent but we were very lucky and had lots of sunshine.
