Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the clean rooms.
Room was clean - some stains on linens that could use replacing but otherwise clean. Breakfast was great, pool area was nice. Staff was very respectful. Only complaints were with noise - very close to the highway so noise throughout night is nonstop and our HVAC unit vibrated in the wall.
No complaint just about everything. However, the hotel us right next to the highway so road noise at night cant be avoid.
Previous reviews made me think this would be an awesome place. Not so much. It was definitely older and could’ve used a little maintenance in some areas. Wasn’t the cleanest. Hot tub was out of order. Pool floor was really rough, 3 people in our group ended up with sores on their feet. We had a big group and wanted to gather in the breakfast area to eat our carry out dinner and play cards. They would not let us sit in that area. Would not stay here again.

First Sean was the best! Greeted us, gave all details with a smile. Fitchburg WI Country Inn and Suites, I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation, or just want some time away🙌😃
Unfortunate that parents can't control their children from running and screaming in the halls. The evening manager did come out at least once into the hallway to try and find them. So not great soundproofing when we had to be up at 5am. Good breakfast, nice pool area.
We liked the pool, gym, breakfast but especially the rooms as they fit our needs perfectly.
Dirty, rundown and gross hotel. Spiders in our room, no towels at the pool, wear and tear on the property any place you looked. When asked for pool towels the one worker was more than annoyed with my request. Would like a refund.
Overall ok. Denied 1 hr late checkout.
