dit is mijn 2e bezoek aan dit hotel door een misverstand was er geen reservering. Het personeel heeft hard gewerkt om dat in orde te brengen en ze konden mij een villa aan bieden.

Amazing Hotel in Ubud – Simply Perfect! Our stay at this hotel in Ubud was truly unforgettable from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt comfortable and well taken care of right away. The room was excellent – very clean, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details. The view of the surrounding greenery and the peaceful atmosphere made it exactly what you hope for when staying in Ubud. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning as well. Surrounded by nature and designed with a lot of attention to detail, the whole place has an authentic Balinese feel. Whether relaxing by the pool, walking through the gardens, or enjoying the restaurant, the atmosphere is simply special everywhere. What impressed us the most was the perfect balance between comfort and authenticity. You can really feel that the hotel wants to offer a genuine Bali experience while still providing a high level of comfort and quality.

Staff and villa were top notch with great location.

Everything was perfect. Will definitely stay again. Villa was private and the staff were very welcoming. Special mention to Nika in the breakfast room, who was lovely. And the the two girls in the spa were very worth visiting for a massage.

Had to shorten the trip due to a change of plan. Because we wanted to stay longer.

Very unique property, lovely views.

Too many steps, not suitable for those who have difficulty walking, never mind up and down all the steps. Not bad if you are fit and healthy.

Beautiful traditional Balinese aesthetic, with amazing gardens and view of jungle and river. The room was a great size with the best view I’ve ever seen from a hotel balcony. The public pool was great, and we also had gorgeous floating breakfast there. The staff were all so kind, helpful, and they always had a warm smile. The location was a short taxi to Ubud center and just up the road from amazing restaurants including plant-based ones. This hotel was simply incredible. If you’re staying in Ubud you will have a first class experience here!

They could have a few more vegan options in the hotel restaurant but the chefs were happy to make changes to the menu to accommodate our diet.

Bed a little too hard for my liking otherwise the room was exception

The hotel was a lovely start to our holiday. The place is set on the hill overlooking the valley so our house had a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious with lots of complimentary products and very clean. Massive bed. We had a private pool to cool off. Felt tucked away, secluded and not at all overlooked. All the staff were fantastic- so kind to our kids and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Every breakfast menu was different and gave us opportunity to try lots of new foods with plenty of local options too. We ate in the terrace restaurant on the first night very close to closing time due to our arrival time but the staff were so hospitable that it just wasn’t a problem. Food was beautifully presented and tasty. The communal pool is huge and a good temperature! The kids loved it. Its deep so great for swimming and has a large integral baby pool. We visited the spa. Both had an excellent massage. Would definitely recommend. The spa staff are very professional and gave a good deep massage. I’m glad we picked this hotel. It’s an easy grab taxi into town and a good base to explore set in the jungle so really quiet. The staff were exceptional. Highly trained and couldn’t have done more for our stay.
