The property overseas the jungle and has a clean and spacious outdoor pool. We enjoyed spending time near the pool as well as getting massages in the spa villa.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the infinity pool is clean. The room has a beautiful view of the jungle. The hotel staff is attentive and will answer your questions. Thank you very much to the hotel management and staff for a wonderful stay at this wonderful hotel. I will recommend it to my friends.

Excellent location and views

The swimming pool was the best thing about this hotel, along with the spacious, well air-conditioned rooms. This place also had the best shower I’ve experienced in Bali – good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I slept better here than anywhere else during my entire trip. The staff were very helpful and the service was good. The location is great because it’s not right in the center, but in a quieter area where you can hear nothing but the sounds of the jungle. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the town center at certain times. The hotel and its surfaces show their age, but the atmosphere takes you into an authentic Balinese feeling. The towels and sun loungers looked little dirty despite having been washed. I highly recommend the hotel, even though the facilities do not fully meet a 5-star standard.

I had a fabulous stay, the room was spacious and clean with balcony overlooking the valley and river, what stood out however was the excellent hotel staff, they were all without exception went out of their way to make sure I enjoy my stay, they have all been extremely helpful and accomodating

Отличный отель ! Великолепные номера , хороший завтрак , дружелюбный персонал . Отдельно отмечу достаточно глубокий бассейн , что редкость для Бали . Сейчас мы остановились в отеле Bamboo , где все бассейны до 1 метра глубиной :((( , и в Grand Hyatt такого бассейна нет . Отличный вид из номеров на джунгли , территория большая и зеленая .

К минусам можно отнести наличие большое количество спусков/ подъемов . Пожилым людям или людям с больными ногами будет непросто .

Exceptional hotel. Don't know what to start with! The staff is the nicest, the scenes are breathtaking. The spa experience was the best we had in Bali. Our stay was very comfortable, we couldn't get enough. I think the lowesr point is the breakfast, it is mostly average for me. It's simi a la carte, the main dish for the breakfast wasn't the best. Either overcooked eggs or they would add mayo randomly. That's the main point to improve. Another thing is we struggled with the wifi, I believe mostly it was caused by the weather.
