Close to the beach

The walls were dirty, parking was a nightmare (not properly allocated). The shower had mildew and the whole apartment didn’t smell fresh, very stale smell. No proper arrangement /communication regarding house keeping. Only 1 toilet paper provided although it was 4 people booked for 4 nights. The place doesn’t have aircons (given the weather, this should be a no brainer). The one fan didn’t work for out entire stay, a mobile fan wad provided after 2 days and after escalating the matter. The staff was not helpful.

On arrival room was not cleaned yet - One night before departure we were relocated to another room

Ideally located - a one minute walk to the beach. The staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating. All our needs were accommodated for and ideal for a small family.

The only recommendation I have is for the bedrooms to possibly have either net curtains or blinds as we had to keep the curtains closed at all times in the bedrooms due to no privacy.

The location. Convenient.

Shower head is too high up and the pressure is non existent. The shelf in the shower was half falling down. The bathtub shower head was not working at all instead when opening the water, the water leaked out from the sides. No water pressure. Bathtub was also dusty. The fridge wasn't cold enough but the freezer was over freezing. Microwave door doesn't open properly. Noticed a stove cap for one of the plates just lying on the stove. It was also very noisy. But given it was New Year's Eve it would be understandable. Overall it was a pleasant stay but more cleaning and maintenance does need to be done.

Location.

1. Electricity was faulty. Lights not working. Electricity flickering. 2. Very bad utensils. No propper pans for cooking. 3. Tv glitching. 4. First two nights of stay we had no electricity with no compensation offered.

Location was superb. Peaceful, cleaaand friendly people

Location is fantastic, close to the beach, nice restaurants and shops. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table.

The flat needs a little maintenance in terms of tiling missing. Other than that we could do everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Pebble Beach.
