We had a truly wonderful stay. Fantastic location. A couple things would help make it better: spa needs updating and have ambient lighting. Overall for a 5 star hotel you'd expect the hotel to have a more luxurious feel. Thanks

Great location! Good conditions. We only lack air in bathroom and the possibility to open the window for some fresh air to the room Staff was very friendly and helpful Wifi was excellent

I stayed for 5 nights and have no complaints. Everyone was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Location was close to many things and Hop On bus stop was right down the street at St Isaac's.

Good: Great location, very clean, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bad and very functional room overall. Overall very good value for the money. Can improve: noise isolation between the rooms, room lighting, only 2 small elevators for a big hotel
