Location was fantastic. Parking attendant on arrival was very helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff not overly friendly Ridiculously high beds - my aunt requested a step ladder which was brought. Only way for her to get in and out of the bed! My mum found it difficult but managed on her own. In our room, #120, the air con was very noisy and did not work well. Came on every 5 minutes, vented for 30 seconds then switched off - loudly! Made for a restless night. Did not appreciate the $25.00 fee for parking! May have missed on booking details so made for an unpleasant surprise.
