L'accoglienza amichevole e simpatica, la disponibilità all'utlilizzo di un semplice buffet a qualsiasi ora, colazione adeguata. Inoltre la posizione è perfetta, sufficientemenet vicina alla Stazione Centrale di treni ed autobus, al porticciolo nautico Lilla Bommen, ed ovviamente al centro città.

Solo la dimensione della camera, anche se è correttamente dotata di tutte le necessità.

Hotel Royal is not one of these standardized chain hotels that look all the same. It has its own charm, one notices that it is elder (the hotel information said that it is the eldest hotel in town) - but it is very well maintained. The room was impeccably clean. The breakfast was amazing! Service personal was very nice, after dinner in town, we could buy a glass of wine and sit in the small countryard -- yes, it is old, so do not expect fancy modern stuff, but even the elevator was charmic old-style and the stairs as one would expect from a end-of 19th century building. We loved it.

The hotel is clearly not suitable for wheelchairs.

Kahvltısı kahvesi ve hergün değişik çıkan kekleri. Konumu nereyi gezersen gez dönüp dolaşıp otele çıkıyorsun ve metro hattı çok yakın…

Ich wurde an der Reception ausführlich und gut über Ausflüge auf die nahe gelegenen Schäreninseln informiert, was sehr wertvoll war für mich. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich vielseitig und lecker, besser geht nicht. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich und ruhig, Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für mich als Interrailreisende ein weitere Pluspunkt.

Beautiful building and great service. We would very much like to come back.
