Die Lage und dass man beim Parkplatz rein- und rausfahren kann wie man möchte. Die Erreichbarkeit allgemein.

Über Teppich kann man sich heutzutage streiten, aber er sah quasi sauber aus. Im Bad, vom Waschbecken zur Wand, müsste ein bisschen was ausgebessert werden, sodass nicht noch weitere Schäden entstehen. Aber grundsätzlich war es okay.
