Super nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und gut. Das Zimmer war ruhig und gut eingerichtet. Nett, das Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer war. Gute Lage zum Zentrum mit Tiefgarage. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 5min entfernt.

Der TV ließ sich leider weder mit dem Mobiltelefon noch mit dem Internet verbinden.

Gute Lage, ruhig. Nettes Personal.

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer mit Dusche in einer Badewanne erhalten. Aus Gründen der Barrierefreiheit wurde das anstandslos getauscht. Möbel und Zimmereinrichtung sind zwar neu, Fenstervorhang jedoch zerrissen, Badtüre schließt nicht richtig, schleift auf dem Boden. Im Bad auch muffiger Geruch (Abfluss?) Auch das Zimmer mit normaler Dusche (speziell im Bad) sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fliesen gebrochen, Duschkabine, Duschkopf, stark schwankende Wassertemperaturen. Frühstücksraum stößt an seine Grenzen bei hoher Auslastung. Nutzung der Tiefgarage kompliziert und relativ teuer

Schönes helles Zimmer mit 2 grossen Fenstern und Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren gross und die Matratzen sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war nur mittelmässig, mehr Wurst- und Brotauswahl wäre besser. Frisches Rohgemüse fehlte. Es konnten aber frische Eierspeisen bestellt werden. Der Fernseher ist ziemlich klein und nicht beweglich.
