Breakfast was over 30 minutes late, not the best maintained IHG hotel for sure, and kinda pricy for 1 night

It was close to the event we were attending

Two things: 1. We selected to pay at the property. The morning of, before check in or even arriving there, our a hold for the total amount plus a $50 hold was pending on our card. We thought ok, no big deal. When we get there and they make us put our card in to verify it is our card, however, when this is done it is in addition to the current hold they have on the card so it ties up double the funds. We were told that that wouldn’t happen, but it did and we ended up needing to use an entirely different card since it was trying to hold double the amount. We were also told our funds would be immediately released back to us by one staff member, and then another said it should be released after check out or by Monday. Those are two incredibly different things, and the short of it is we had a few hundred dollars tied up that we could not use for other necessities for our trip. We are hopeful the funds will actually have been released by Monday. 2. The bathroom in our room was filthy. There was hair everywhere and cobs webs in the corners of the shower. I cleaned some of it out if the actual tub before realizing it wasnt just a few random strays. There was random large pieces of glitter throughout the room, and a dead bug and stain on one of the beds. We told the front desk about the stain on the bed and her solution was to give us another duvet cover to change ourselves. I hadn’t even noticed the weird drool stain or whatever it was on the sheets until after we spoke with the staff member about the duvet. Two of us had one randomly crawling on us which was weird, until we saw there was also a ton of ants outside in the hallway. The following morning we told the front desk staff member about our experience and he said he was sorry and they will try to do better. If everywhere else in the area wasn’t sold out we would have left.

Convenient

Nice hotel and right next door to Wegmans!!

We booked this hotel at midnight as an emergency. We drove an hour and a half to get there because the original hotel we were staying in was a nightmare. I want to say this hotel truly saved the day for us! The staff were nice, check in was easy , the hotel was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was not bad!!

Nice and clean

It was perfect for a short stay. It was comfortable, clean, and easy to get around. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. I’d book here again for a quick trip!
