Very clean, exceptionally friendly welcome (a lovely landlady), great central location with on-road parking, and a nice comfortable room. We had two rooms, one very large, the other very small, but the small room was just fine. The landlady was very friendly and welcoming, and offered good advice. We had an early start so we didn't have breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been lovely. Very fair price too given the location and in mid-June. I will definitely book here again the next time I am in Folkestone.

"Amazing value for money."

The single room I reserved was amazing value for money. Exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Everything I needed for my overnight stay was provided and the owner was lovely. Free parking after 6pm was an added bonus too.
