Peaceful. Clean. Great hospitality.

No microwave in the room. Breakfast was no what I expected.

Quiet environment and the size of the room.

My room was not serviced for 2 says. When asked, the House keeper stated that "they all went home". When asked if she could freshened Up the room she anserwerd " ooih no, im the supervisor. i dont clean rooms" the adsistant manager did the cleaning. Horrible customer Service from House keeper. She should be reprimanded. She does not represent Hyatt's valué. Also no microwave in the room

Clean comfortable and convenient staff was friendly and accomodating Rooms were clean, confortable and very big Location was perfect plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distane or a short less than 10 minute drive away Travelled alone Hotel and area seemed very safe

My husband, an 83 yr old is defendant on a wheelchair for his mobility. We paid for an ADA wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower for two nights. The afternoon of the second day we were told to move because a mistake was made and the room was reserved for others. We packed up and moved. Later it was observed that three buses of girls softball players rolled in and the ADA room occupied by us the previous night now had teenage girls entering and existing it. The manager moved us into a room that did not have the roll-in shower accommodations which denied my husband the ability to shower. We were told if we didn't take the second room we would need to leave because they could not accommodate us with our handicap requirements. The manager would not "comp" us for our inconvenience and staff reacted rudely to me when I placed the baggage cart outside our second room (mind you, I had moved us twice within 18hrs). If you require ADA accommodations for your stay or expect honest, courteous customer friendly service----Do Not Stay Here.
