Hotel direkt hinter den Dünen. Liegt ungefähr mittig zwischen Kugelbake und Alter Liebe. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. In den oberen Stockwerken hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Elbmündung.

Reinigungspersonal war teilweise schon sehr früh im Hotel unterwegs und dabei recht laut. Man sollte mit dem reinigen der Zimmer wenigstens warten bis alle Gäste zumindest aufgestanden sind.
