Very nice staff, but outdated equipment. The hotel door was open all the time because the mechanism was broken so inside the lounge/bar/ restaurant it got cold and was not very cozy. Hamam was out of order too and fitness room has seen better days.

Very nice staff, great breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs, testy cakes and coffee, we loved the pool - even during big rains, since the pool is covered and therefore greater for any time swimming, sauna was useful in cold weather. The location is also very nice giving a local climate.

Limited parking, a bit dark in the room if you are on level 1 from the garden dive, but this is not a problem if you are out most of the time or enjoying hotel facilities.

They are letting te hotel go, broken air conditioning and smells like sewers, broken jaccuzi, not enough parking, broken front door.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich toll und idyllisch, gegenüber immer sichtbar die tolle weiße Spitzen-Kirche. Leider sind bei einigen, so auch unserem, Zimmer die Klimaanlagen ausgefallen. Es wurde mehrere Tage notiert, dann ein Techniker geschickt, mit den Schultern gezuckt... aber der angefragte Zimmerwechsel wurde aus Kapazitätsgründen verneint. Dafür wurde neue Kunden, auch nur für eine Nacht dorthin begleitet. In Anbetracht des feuchten Klimas der Insel sind nasse Sachen ohne Klimaanlage nur mit einem Mini-Ölradiator unmöglich zu trocknen. Alle Kleidung im Schrank, im Koffer und im Zimmer waren morgens klamm. Uns wurde angeboten, sie vor dem Anziehen morgens in einen Trockner an der Rezeption zu legen. Wie süß, aber absolut unpraktisch. Bei unserem 9tägigen Aufenthalt gab es absolut KEINE LÖSUNG. Morgens war das Wasser am Zimmerfenster von INNEN. Das Essen(tägliches 3Gänge-Menü) war für 20€/Person schmackhaft und ein großes Lob an die Küche. Der ältere Herr der Frühstückscrew war sehr umsichtig und bemüht, schnell aufzufüllen. In seiner Abwesenheit waren Fotos für Insta oder Facebook wichtiger als ein nachgefülltes Buffet. Der Pool war immer sauber und vorbereitet. Die angebotene Sauna für 5€/Person/Stunde wurde 1x von uns genutzt, aber bitte bis 19Uhr anmelden, denn danach kann niemand den Schalter drehen/anschalten, was keine Flexibilität zeigt, zumal bei nur einer 2Mann-Kabine mit defekten Liegen(die schnell reparierbar wären) ohne Service eine Zeitbegrenzung seltsam anmutet.

Located in a lovely area, close to the sea and the mountains, ideal for walkers. Rooms & communal areas are very comfortable & clean. Great amenities, ie pool, gym, sauna, gardens, etc. Their masseur provides a great service - this is in the gym, not a dedicated spa area. Lovely staff who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.We plan on returning!

The evening meal options were very limited & the quality was variable - when it was good, it was great, but at other times, it wasn't so great. Staffing levels were pitifully low. The poor bar man (who was great, BTW) was running around waiting & clearing tables, etc while tending the bar! The hotel was fully booked with the majority looking to book tables and use the bar all within a 3 hr time frame. We've no idea how he managed it, but somehow he did! We felt bad for the poor guy who somehow managed to maintain a cheerful demeanour while this was going on!

Mycket trevlig vistelse på det stora hela. Fuktiga rum där kläderna aldrig torkade, högljudd ventilation (ta med öronproppar). Tog en evighet att fylla badkaret. Söt katt (som var både hungrig och törstig).

What a scam!!! The room was very very noisy with 45 db due to ventilation from the kitchen. This is 50% higher than what WHO recommend (30 db) for a sleeping room. They turned off the ventilation to stop the noise when I complained and then turned it on again a bit later. So far at 19:30, this procedure has happened 4 times. The aircon in the room had 40 db noise when turning it on. The door to the balcony couldn’t be closed properly. In addition, when I booked the room through Booking.com, the room was marketed with Sea View. But did see 0.0% of the Sea due to a tree in front of the view. When asking for some compensation, the refused and asked me to talk to Booking.com. They were fully aware of the issue and blamed Booking for having incorrect pictures.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück bot eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Zimmer waren groß mit Balkon. Ruhige Lage Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
