"Excellent"

I liked the bed, and the friendliness of the staff when I arrived. Was very welcoming and made me feel welcomed.

The ice machine was broken. Also when I went to check out. The staff that was on made me feel like I was a bother to them and they had other things to do. Like me checking out interrupted whatever they had going on.
