Außenanlagen waren nicht sehr gepflegt. Im Vergleich zu den Zimmern sehr lieblos. Unkraut ist überall gewachsen, der Bereich um den Pool ist renovierungsbedürftig. Holzdielen teilweise kaputt mit Verletzungsgefahr. Poolwasser verschmutzt.
