Chiado Apartments by LINC

Fantastic apt. Great location. At times can be loud outside but it is very central so have to take the good with the bad. Towels could use a refresh. The bath sheet is old and thin. New bath towel/sheet would give the experience much better feel. Overall, very good!

Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location. In old town. Just a few steps from the Metro. Very spacious and modern apartment. Very well equipped. Host was great. Explained everything at check in. Had a great stay. Will certainly stay again.

We absolutely loved staying @ Rua Serpa Pinto 12! A beautiful huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (bigger than home). The kitchen was so nice to have for making coffee, breakfast and a quick meal, it even has a dishwasher and washing machine. The views out each window were amazing. So nice to sit and watch Lisbon life. The area in Chiado was so central to everything! It is just 1 min away from the Metro (entrance is next to McDonalds not farther down as I anticipated), trams and central sites. Barrio Alto area is also just a few minutes walk to many excellent restaurants. Rua Serpa 12 is across from a beautiful church and a view of the praca on Rua Garrett. The LINC company was so welcoming and friendly. When there was a question or slight issue they were available to help right away. When you check in someone will meet you at the apartment to check you in, collect the taxes of 2 euros per person an night and help answer questions. David and his colleague from LINC met us @ the street corner and showed us in. He was so helpful and kind, offering to call the airline when our luggage was lost and to show us on the map where a store was located and how to navigate around the city. I can't way enough about this wonderful apartment and the LINC company. If you prefer a more local feel (vs. a hotel) central to everything this is the perfect place.

Amazing property. In the center. Great location. The host was very punctual. Allowed for a late check-out on request.
