The accommodation was definitely worth it for the location alone. For a one-night stay, we had pretty much everything we could need. The small space is to be expected in central Taormina, so that was not an issue at all.

As for the downsides, this may depend on personal preference, but we did not find the bed and pillows very comfortable. The mattress was too soft, and even the slightest movement could easily be felt. Also, starting from around 6 AM, there were construction workers at a nearby site using drills, which made the morning quite noisy.

La posizione é centrale e tranquilla. Proprio nel cuore di Taormina. Vicino a tutti i punti di interesse.

Se dovessi trovare un difetto direi solamente che la stanza era un po’ piccola. Ma x il resto aveva tutte le comodità necessarie.

Perfect location, beautiful roof terrace and balcony. Comfortable room.

right in town but still nice and quiet whith pretty views

We specifically booked the room with the terrace (it is the only room that has a terrace). The terrace on the top of the building is only accessed via a spiral external stairway, via the bedroom, therefore it is impossible for any other guests to have this special space. We loved it. It has fantastic views of the town and hills in one direction. On the other side, you can see down to the coast to Naxos. Even better, you have views of Mount Etna also. The balcony is also a lovely place to sit for breakfast. The room itself was a good size. The shower pressure was good and it was hot. Communication with Roberto was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was overfurnished. There was a sofa bed that you had to climb on to access the fridge. If this was removed, the space would be great but we figure it is there for a 3rd person (maybe). The shower needs a new door or shower curtain as water comes out all over the bathroom floor. (It looks like there was a door there previously.
