BlissPoint Inn & Suites Marion

This hotel was not clean. There was multiple stains on the furniture and sheets. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. There were broken fixtures. The water pressure was a trickle. We also saw several bugs crawling on the floor.

Parking lot was full of potholes, needs paving

Calling this hotel a bug infested pig pen is an insult to the pig pens .The room was damp evidently due to a leaking pipe in the ceiling but no smoke alarm.One bed and the bathroom (did I mention the cool shower) were bug infested....No working ice or vending machines in the entire building....I sleot with my cloths one because of the fikthy wt mess.....I met people that were leaving after seeing the condition of their rooms ...Staff was pretty much in hiding....Worst Hotel experience I have ever had ..If I could give it a -10 I would

Room was nice size

Roaches crawling on table by pancake maker at continatel breakfast. Floor tiles in room Loose. Shower spout leaking. Pull out couch unusable bars bent. Should get 1/2 money refunded

The lobby looks just like the photo, clean and friendly. The rooms, though... whoa. We had 2 room,s and both couches were very stained, like they belonged in an outside garage. We flipped the cushions, and they were just as stained. The headboards were even stained (blood????). The fridge, microwave, and TVs didn't work. The outlets were loose, phone block wouldn't stayed plugged in to any of them. The breakfast: some packets of oatmeal, a few bananas and some coffee. Parking lot was safe and well lit. Check in / out was easy. Luckily, our group took it in good humor but we won't be back. Due to the car show this weekend, the rates were super high... very disappointed in how much we spent vs the quality we received.

Room was disgusting. Bed was covered in dirt and grime, stains all over everything, I walked out of my room and my hands were sticky afterwards. Staff were not friendly or helpful with anything. Can tell they are just there for the money and this hotel is basically a scam.

Cleanliness, updated everything, friendlier staff.

Didn't have breakfast, there were bugs in the breakfast room and bugs in our room.

Having Orkin called in. Weren't given clean towels on Friday

Liked the spaciousness

The washcloths and towels had a red stain. The soap was already opened.the curtains didn't block the bright lights from outside. The breakfast bàr was not stocked very well. The Coffee was not there, was empty and not kept so could have a cup before checking out. The elevator made a noise that made you wonder if it would quit. Maybe another room would be nicer, but ours was like a storage room we thought. It served the purpose but that's all. I'd consider again but different room.

Wet towels in the room. Not clean. Toilet seat falling off. Smelled like moldy.
