Rehoboth Guest House - Adults only

The Rehoboth Guest House is my home away from home. The hospitality is always impeccable. The breakfasts are exquisite and the company is absolutely amazing. Again, thank you Kelly & Marlene for a wonderful stay looking forward to seeing you in the spring!

This trip was a very pleasant surprise. The new in keeper, Kelly was superb. The breakfasts and hospitality were outstanding a special thank you to her staff. I am looking forward to my next visit. I am definitely excited for hopefully a holiday visit.

We enjoyed our visit to the Rehoboth Guest House and will return if and when in Rehoboth Beach. It is a unique experience and guests and staff were very friendly. The house is immaculate and we were in guest room #35 on the third floor which has a private bath and a King bed. Please note the room is very small and the sink is in the bedroom since there is not adequate room in the very small bathroom. It was difficult to be comfortable in such a small space. When returning, I will research for a larger room. Breakfast must be ordered in advance with a specified time of delivery which is fine. There is plenty of room to enjoy breakfast with other guests. But the menu is quite ordinary and needs improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay for anniversary weekend! The location can’t be beat. We parked when we arrived and didn’t move the car until it was time to go home. Could walk everywhere. Room (25) was comfortable for a short stay. Enjoyed the private balcony. Staff were great. Breakfast included was a nice way to start the day. Common areas were comfortable and clean. Our second time staying and would return.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was great! The room my friend and I stayed in was ok, we had the double bed room. It was small but we made the most of it. I was a little disappointed we did not have a safe in the room but luckily there were no issues. I personally do not enjoy sharing a bathroom with everyone on the floor but the bathroom was right by our room and was pretty clean. I just would not do this again. The location is fantastic close to everything including the beach and boardwalk, All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend this location.

We had a fantastic five-night stay at the Rehoboth Guest House. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent with only a few very minor quibbles. We were checked in and greeted by Chris, who was friendly, thorough, and informative. The property itself is quite charming, and very well kept inside and out: clean, orderly, warm, and welcoming. We had room #35, with a king sized bed and an en suite. That was a must for me, but I have to say - having passed by the shared baths on other floors, those too looked to be very well tended to , and other guests that we met without en suites found the share bath to be just fine. The room was not exceptionally large, but is what we've come to expect in these types of establishments where ideally, owners work to maximize space while maintaining comfort and charm. RGH succeeds here (and hopefully, you're not spending much time in your room anyway). Room and bath were both clean upon arrival. We only requested a room refresh once during our stay, but I was surprised at the attention to detail when we did. Can't speak for all of the units, but ours included a mini fridge which was handy for beverages and leftovers. Our safe didn't work (or it needed to be reset entirely), but I did not voice that to any staff. A/C is a window unit, but we found it to be very effective in the space. One minor complaint for us was the size and quality of the bath towels, but they were perfectly adequate. We were overall very happy with the breakfasts. Other reviewers have complained a bit here, but we felt that there were enough options available for us, and everything was good. Coffee was limited to a Keurig, however. Absolutely serviceable, and probably saves the staff some hassle. Not my preference, but it didn't cause us any issues. Lots of outdoor common areas to enjoy your breakfast, or just to hang out. A great front porch area, as well as decks on all three levels in the back, and a nice little greenspace in the yard. There are a few options for parking. We had a pass for the week at the convention center, which was a brief walk, and we only took the car out maybe twice while we were there. What I most have to say about our stay is how phenomenal the staff were. Aside from our check-in on Sunday, we only saw three staff members all week, who were responsible for everything - cooking/serving/cleaning for breakfast, cleaning rooms, checking guests in/out, maintaining grounds and common spaces, etc. It's a boatload of work, and if I'm being honest, probably too much for three people to manage. That said, Kelly, Maile, and Luis did a stellar job every day, were exceedingly friendly to us and other guests, and just went above and beyond to take care of everyone. The incredible amount of work that they put in did each day did not go unnoticed. Overall, I highly recommend Rehoboth Guest House, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit!

Wonderful Staff. Luis is exceptional and goes that extra mile to assist with whatever you need. Very clean! I was very appreciative for the help yourself kitchenette area for the guest. Real plates, silverware and variety of stemware!! Beautiful outdoors sitting areas as well.

To start with I'd like to thank Kelly, Maile and Luis. it seems the manager of the Guest House had left and the person who took his place had no idea what he was doing. He gave these workers a hard time in front of guests and made for a very uncomfotable situation. Eventually he was fired and Kelly took over. She had no previous experience but under the circumsyances did an outstanding job, as did Maile and Luis. I commend them for taking over a hard situation and making it work. If it wasn't for the three of them I believe the guest house would have been closed. However the breakfasts were not as described on the Guest House internet site. The eggs were from a carton and not fresh, the juice was not freshly squeezed it was served in the bottle or can it came in, the fresh fruit came from a premade container with some fresh fruit added to it, there was no fresh rolls only one type of toast. As for the waffles and french toast they were from a toaster. Syrup was not Maple but corn starch in on of those diner packets as was the butter and jam. Sausaged were Jimmy dean and made in the oven with the bacon. At $240 and $325 a night my wife and I expected a much breakfast. However as I said before it wasn't the fault of the employees it was definately the owners responsibility. The owners were not present at the Guest House as the description on their web page said they would be. In addition the safe in our room did not work. The Guest House itself was very clean and it good condition. Everyday there were fresh chocolate chip cookies in the main livingroom. My wife and I especially enjoyed the outdoor showers. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate it 3+. It would have been lower if not for the staff that worked hard to make a bad situation workable.

Every aspect of the property and staff responsiveness was impeccable. So many Sitting areas including the front porch.

The guesthouse is lovely, cozy and homey. The staffs are friendly and helpful! My partner and I feel safe there. I love that the guesthouse is literally about a mile to the beach! It's a hidden gem. I didn't even regret that I booked a room there! Definitely will come back!
