Room is clean and fairly well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is ok, basic, not one that I would want to have every day. Once was enough. The view was the best about booking this room. Excellent, relaxing, beautiful.

Personnel in general could be more approachable, friendly and professional. Not a lot of people workers even greeted me unless I initiated the greeting, with a smile on my face. It would be nice if they could be more welcoming to guests in general.

"I would like a refund since it was not stated on booking . Com about an age restriction for rental"

When booking for my son through booking .com there was no mention of an age restriction. He is an adult at 19 so I booked for him. He got there and they would not honor the reservation leaving him to sleep in a car. Thankfully another hotel in the area allowed him to reserve .
