Baymont Toledo Airport Hotel Swanton

The room was quiet, clean & the staff accommodating.

Had to ask for more towels & washcloths & an ice container. Had no cups in the room. There is a hallway "Family, Handicapped bathroom" that is kept locked. When asked if it could be unlocked so my handicapped friend could use it, I was told it was only for staff. The staff did finally unlock the said bathroom, but it was very unclean...fecal matter on the base of the toilet, trash in the container & floor was unclean. I suggested that the sign on the door be changed if it was only for staff & not a handicapped bathroom.

Cleanliness at a decent price.

Good place to stay while traveling. Not a lot of good options for breakfast.

Staff at desk did not understand my English too well. The refrigerator in my room had some mold inside and it seemed it was leaking water because the door wouldn't close and there was ice built up in the freezer section that was dripping down and out.

room was clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would stay there again

There’s no working WiFii in the rooms. The front desk would not switch rooms to accommodate. Had to sit in the lobby till late night to get work done.

The hotel was accommodating.
