Highland Inn Arlington

Pool was decent. They told us it was closed upon check in. I told them I called the property to make sure the pool was open before I made reservations. I told them I would be contacting booking fot a refund then they told me we could use the pool

Staff was rude. Floors were dirty. They tried to not let us use the pool. People walking all around the parking lot all night and all day. Staff stuck their heads in our room, they were so rude

The staff was not great but good

At checkout I asked for my invoice and the staff said that they couldn't give me the invoice since I check in online that booking will send it I haven't received it yet.

The lady went into our room and saw our dog and left our door open while we was at six flags. We returned with our room open while our dog was in there. We paid a pet fee so they know we had a pet. The next morning we stepped out while our kids was asleep to let the dog our they saw me and my ol man and the dog and they deactivated our key so we couldn't get back in our room. We had to go back to the office to try to get in our room while our kids was locked in and we was locked out.! THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!

We booked our room for 4 days. There's no breakfast like it says there is. There's no coffee. There's people in and out through the night. We paid a pet fee and our room key got deactivated while our kids was in the room so we got locked out of our room ( we stepped out to let the dog out) they told us we had to pack because of our pet even after we paid the pet fee for our time here! WE TRAVEL OFTEN! AND THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED IN I would not recommend this place to any one!
