NO DEVUELVEN EL DEPOSITO! Es una estafa! Tampoco entregan comprobante o boleta al momento de pagar. Muy mala recepción. Las habitación huele mal y está apestada de cucarachas. Las tapas de cama rotas y manchadas. Toallas manchadas. They won't refund the deposit! It's a scam! They also don't provide a receipt or ticket at checkout. The reception is terrible. The room smells bad and is infested with cockroaches. The bed covers are torn and stained. The towels are stained.

I had to changed room twice, due to bathroom tub look like a they used it put out cigarettes outlet plugs didn’t work, front door had a paper click holding the doorknob. Second room bathroom had light cigarette stains lol and roaches. I woke up to a roach crawling on my arm And Roaches in the bathroom I complained to the manager Kevin. He has a bad attitude I will taking further action due to roaches in my belongings . Avoid this place

Overall there seemed to be a lot of activity after dark on the property. Didn’t feel safe. Most of the night there was door slamming going on. Lots of foot traffic in and out of some rooms.

Toilet never worked properly. Towels are awful.

Not real clean tub had mold

We could not get into our room most of the time.our room smelled like smoke and it was nonsmoking. Pillows were terrible they would not give us another one. My room was warm because there was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door. People were outside there room smoking Marijuana.we will not be back
