Comfortable large rooms. The facilities are older but it's clean and well maintained.

The hotel was by the ocean and had a nice view. It’s about 15min walk to Black Pork street and 20min walk to Dongmun market. There are also a lot of restaurants close by. Building and decor is a bit dated but still kept in good condition. Rooms were very spacious.

Spacious room with spacious bathroom, with tangerine smell body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plus cotton pads for face & Q-tips. Concierge desk recommended a 1 day taxi tour, the driver was great! Excellent service and very clean room, changed the towel and made my bed every day. Highly recommended.

Need some updates … food and drinks way too expensive but nice options around

Clean & calm

Stayed at the Ramada on our last day at Jeju. Enjoyed the walkable strip along the waters and the views from the dining area. Took awhile for us to travel from the aouthside and only enjoyed 45 minutes of pool time (kiddie pool). Outside pool was closed and indoor pool was sectioned off with lane dividers. Swimming caps are a must so either veing one or you can rent out for fees. Shower is available after usage of pool. Good assortment and variety of diahes provided for buffet breakfast. Staff vwry hospital and accomadating. For the age of the hotel, it has been well kept.

It is pure luxury & good taste in its art galleries & lovely architecture. My room was huge with a lovely view of the ocean, and even a nice living room next to the comfy king size bed. The breakfast is Iron Chef level, With fruit and presentation that I have never seen before, so exotic! I seriously considering moving in! Lol! And since almost nobody in any other hotel I've been to speaks any English, it's a joy & comfort to be somewhere that people actually understand, and are always ready to help with any situation that comes up! A little pricey, but totally worth the experience!

Hotel near airport, so u can hear plane fly by. Room is old but clean. Ocean front on third floor electrical outlet was minimal only one outlet for my hair straightener and iron board. One night stand for two beds so inconvenient. Limited storage spaces in bathroom & with single sink 🤔. Overall just standard nothing to excite about.
