Clean property, full kitchen with appliances and cookware. Two bathrooms

Their door key system is glitchy which is quite frustrating when you are on the 3rd floor and the front desk makes a substitute but that doesn't work either. This happened twice to us. Or they are making errors making the keys. One evening in the middle of our stay keys didn't work. We walked two floors down to get a new key. Didn't work either. We called front-desk they sent maintenance who had a master key. On the day of the checkout, we asked for a late checkout they gave us extra 30mins to 11:30. Great! I go out to load bags in the car 11:05 the keys stops working. I walk down to get a new key still doesn't work. I called maintenance which shows up after 10mins.

Excellent facilities and value for money; our one-bedroom suite was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped.

I thought the lack of AC would be a problem but it wasn't

We didn't have the breakfast but it was a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful I recommend the top floor with the high ceilings. There was an air conditioning but the windows open and let the cool Mountain Air in. You also have to walk Three flights of Step but we're healthy and we didn't mind. The staff was wonderful the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay there. Best value for the money.
