Slightly run down

Easy enough check in. Quiet location. Room a bit dated. Room well insulated. Good location and parking in site.

No breakfast included in rate. Room cost a bit high. It gets very windy next to the harbour. Bed not overly comfortable.

We loved our time at Ramada. Our apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the river view. The parking provided us with easy access to the lift and our room. There is a good restaurant downstairs and we also enjoyed the walk along the river walkway to the Ballina Club

Room and view were awesome. Most things were within walking distance.

Everything was amazing.

Excellent location, right in the heart of town and on the river, just perfect. Room was great, very tidy and comfortable. We dinned in the restaurant, the staff were great and the food was delicious.

The welcome on checking in was a little cold. Staff were efficient, but not friendly. Could have been handled better.

Beautiful view over the river, very calming, very restful. Rooms are very quiet.

Unfortunately the Air conditioner in the bedroom broke down and after the onsite maintenance couldn't fix it we had to move rooms, with a similar room to our booking being unavailable the staff moved us to a very nice room for the night.

Neat and tidy unit with excellent views. Restaurants and coffee shops are close and handy.

Nothing everything was perfect thanks.

Room was a good size for catch up with other family members staying in the hotel. Also facilities to make tea and coffee and breakfast.

No negatives

Have been there before so I knew how excellent it is.
