For me it is all about convenience. Secured car park with lifts to room. 24 hour front desk is a must for me. A restaurant and wine bar on site. River or pool views and the laundry accessibility. Walk to great venues in the area for food and entertainment. All of this with a great price point.

There is nothing I do not like and I have stayed here a lot.

Perfect Location close to all facilities, uninterrupted views of the river plenty of eating places close .

Ballina has a poor taxi service for such a big town. Cleaners need to clean under the beds

Fantastic reception service, clean comfortable rooms, glorious view, central location, well stocked bar with knowledgeable staff. We didnt eat there but the smell was delightful and the other customers seemed impressed with their meals.

Facewasher was threadbare. Clean but had seen better days. The spa is looking like I could do with a revamp but was completely functional.
