"Great staff, rooms need more cleaning."

The staff was incredible. The woman at the desk for check in was very nice and professional even after the man before me was exceptional rude to her. They were efficient in getting through the masses of people that missed flights like I did.

There was lots of stains and hair on the bed especially. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

and a broom. I cleaned my room every single day and put the trash and dirty towels outside my door, hint, hint! Yesterday I went and took some clean sheets to change my bed! They were Not clean, they had food and stains all over the pillow cases that were folded up on the shelf. I called the front desk again to request for the manager to come take a look at that condition of the supposed clean sheets! Then this man had the gull to tell me, if I didn't like it I could leave his hotel!!! I swear if I was a man I would have punched him right in the nose! This man has no idea how to run a business and has no clue about customer service or how to treat people! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
