The location is central in town. The service and facilities are 5 star standard. of course, we were upgraded to executive floor as member and the room was excellent. Breakfast spread was good too so much so that u could not sample every item. staff provides good service and not intrusive. location is convenient downtown but tourist destinations are some distance away, so it's more a business hotel. The old tram stops in front of the hotel, parking is convenient but may be charged. The free drinks promised were not provided, although early check in was. Overall a good restful stay.

Check in is fast, the room is clean and they arranged me a non smoking room which I needed. The room service staff is friendly and helpful all the time. The only disappointed thing is one of the female front desk staff attitude is negative while I ask for something .

"Hotel room a bit small compared to others."

Quiet, clean but a little small room compared to other top-line hotels we stayed in. Windows were clean. Wasn't aware of swimming pool and other facilities we didn't have time for.

"Not as good as before"

The rom is clean and comfortable, but the room condition is getting old, the bath room supplies are not fullly refilled, the service is not as friendly either, for one harmony royal member used to get upgrade, but now there are almost no benefit at all
