In house phone did not work. An issue getting on the internet. No cold drink at breakfast.

Everything was good. the girl who checked me out was not a good representative for your hotel. Everything else was excellent

The girl at checkout was not a good steward for your hotel. she was dismissive, hard to deal with and, quite frankly, she was lazy.

It was convenient to downtown for dining options.

Not really about not liking the property but a concern about the bathroom. I found the tub extremely slippery and not from soap. I used the safety bar to get out from the shower but while moving around in there, I was concerned for my safety and balance. I was also concerned for the safety of my 97 y/o mom and 73 y/o sister in the adjoining room. I think those appliqués would be warranted. I had asked twice about gluten free bread or option but was not addressed either time.

Breakfast only had 2 hot items each day. Shower had mold in it. Towels were small and rough texture

J'y suis allée au moins une fois par an depuis plusieurs années avec mon service dog (toujours sans frais.) Et cette année il voulait me charger $ 50.00 Après argumentations, ils ont accepté de faire comme mes visites précédentes. Ce qui est bien et apprécié. J'avoue cependant que j'hésiterais a y retourner pour ne pas revivre cette argumentation à chaque fois (c'est un stress inutile) car c'est un endroit que j'aime bien.

i left hotel on Saturday 4-18-2026, room 219. my husband and I started itching and scratching on our way home . i had to go to the Derm and spend $42.00 on pills and creams and pray it works. i’m so unhappy with Hampton Inn South in Fredericksburg, va.
