Very friendly front desk reception. Val was very welcoming and helpful. Price for amenities and location was more than fair.

Almost every surface of our room felt sticky and dirty. There was a huge dead bug on the bathroom floor and 2 pills on the floor beside the bed, so obviously not vacuumed/swept thoroughly. There were about 5 tissues left in the tissue box and no extra to replace, and they were needed. We had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the outside of the door, but at 8:45am housekeeping knocked on our door asking to get in to clean even though we weren't ready to check out yet.

It was okay.

The beds & pillows were terrible! The beds were rock hard. I won't be staying there again because of this.

We were exhausting from driving In a Storm. Ms Val was a welcome sweet face. We needed the break. Room was clean and spacious. Good value

Close to the interstate was the only good thing about it really

The smell of marijuana in the elevator and hall of the second floor. It was so strong. I thought I was going to throw up walking to our room.

The bathroom was horrible. Traveling from Florida and tired, the first thing you want to do is take a nice, hot, comfortable shower. Get rest and continue your trip home. To rent a room with a bathroom in the condition of what we were given is poor management. Uncertain if the room provided was the worst room available due to price or hopefully not due to how the reservation was made. I am noting this -- because the front desk mentioned booking was made through a third-party vendor. We didn't change rooms because it was late, we were tired, and THIS type of accommodation needed to be identified for future reference and visibility.

It took forever to check in. The hotel looked very run down. The elevator looked like it was going to take you to your death. Then when we got to the room there was bugs on the bed!!!! Went down to let them know and ask for my money back as we would not stay there. And they acted like they hear about the bed bugs on the daily. I was shocked run from this place
