Beautiful clean hotel

Everything was great

The property is within reach, acceccible to public transport, food is nice and the staff is good as, we'll.

Food, the rooms very clean.

Breakfast was excellent poor dinner menu served in bar area. Staff were pleasant and helpful, chatting willing to help.

Decor needs updating in hotel .

Food at the Bar was very good, tasty, well presented. Staff were polite & helpful

People coming in late were noisy, getting out of the lift, in the corridors - need signage to remind people to be quiet especially in the quiet hours I was asked to vacate my room by 9 a.m. the next morning due to been a runner at the Viking half marathon, after checking out before the race (8.45 a.m.), there was no complementary acknowledgement e.g. a coffee on return from the race! I felt i did the hotel a favour (I was back from the race at 11.10 a.m. and I still could of kept my room till 12pm!) I availed of the leisure centre facilities to freshen up and then left the premises at 11 45 a.m.
