Very nice property like the Ritz

My family and I drove several hours to arrive a late night/early morning to check into my room that was booked to be told by the front desk they was it was overbooked and to wait into sleep in the lobby for hours until she could find me a room which she had available. Expedia customer manager was unpleasant and unprofessional. Have screenshots to show it no help.

Good location, very clean, nice front desk staff

The room was very clean and everyone I spoke with was very nice. The restaurant had limited options and there was no room service.

The hotel is in a great location. It was clean and very spacious. Very walkable to many sights. My only complaint is breakfast. They need more people working in the restaurant to keep tables cleared and make food faster. The omelette bar line was excessive, and using the app led to a very long wait.

The room was great I had ample space for myself. The concierge where very helpful and I truly appreciate how they took care of my stay
