Excellent hotel, allowed for early check in and had a baggage storage area when waiting for my departure time. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good range of choice. Location was jn the heart of the city jusf off the main street mall.

The shower / bath design is a little outdated, but it worked fine.

Great central location, and our room had a lovely outlook over the ice skating rink. Our room was quiet. The room was spacious, bathroom also roomy with a shower over the bath and heated floor. Room included a safe and kettle (which could only be plugged in on the floor!) I like that there are recycle bin options provided near the lifts. Breakfast was chaos at all times (we went at various times.) The staff did not seem happy antbreakfast, and no plates were cleared from the tables until guests left. Perhaps this is their policy, but tables get crowded with used plates and bowls. I would suggest if they spread the buffet spread out into the adjacent vacant room, it would feel less chaotic and crowded. Overall an enjoyable stay and loved the location.
