The whole process was easy.

It was clean and in a good location

Nothing

No breakfast but it did have roaches!!!!!! No one spoke or understood English and had to wait over an hour for the one person who did. Was supposed to call me back and never did!!!! Told them twice about bugs and Mgr never got back to us.

Individually wrapped muffins for breakfast and no bugs. Carpet was nasty dirty. Let my 1 yr old down on carpet in his socks and came up black, had to throw away.

Our stay was ok. The price was ok. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. Most lights within the room did not work. The refrigerator was plugged in but not working. There were people outside at 4:30 AM speaking loudly on the phone that woke us up. Due to the nature of the conversation, drugs, it was not safe for us to confront him to quiet down. We only stayed one night so a quick overnight stay it was ok for the price. The front desk attendants, the men, were very kind.
