It is clean in a,quier and convenient location. Many supermarkets around us. Walk to subway in a few minutes. Comfortable stay

React to request is slow. One of the 3 rooms I stayed in had a defect which the door cannot be locked. The dishes are not available in one room. One room does not have pot nor rice cooker. None of the room has knife. One of the room don’t have hanger….etc

They were rude and didn’t speak English

トイレットペーパーがもう少し上質なものにしていただきたい。それ以外は素晴らしいです。

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. I spent just one night there, and to my horror, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Not only was this experience disturbing, but it also led to significant skin issues and irritation that have persisted for over a week. I even had to see a doctor due to the severity of the situation. I will be attaching images to illustrate the condition I experienced. This is unacceptable for any establishment, and I expected much better from your hotel.
