"チェックイン方法はもっとわかりやすくしてほしい"

チェックインのことをもう少しわかりやすくしてほしい。 予約時：ベット２台の記載なのにダブルベット１台に布団一式になっていた。アメニティーは充実していたがバスユニットの掃除がきちんとされていないのかお湯をためてはいると浴槽内がざらざらしていた。

"乾淨但設備匱乏的公寓式飯店。"

住宿的地點離博多車站非常遠， 此外。 Check in處跟 入住的地點距離也非常遠，拖著行李奔波十分不便。 此外。 房間內有瓦斯爐，卻沒有任何的烹調、刀刃等器具， 甚至連微波爐都沒有。

"PROPERTY IS GOOD BUT SERVICE IS NOT"

HOTEL IS GOOD BUT THE CHECK-IN PLACE AND HOTEL IS QUITE FAR IT TAKE 20 MINUTES BY WALK. IF YOU HAVE LUGGAGE THEN IT BECOMES VERY EXHAUSTIVE WALK FROM RECEPTION TO HOTEL. MORE IMPORTANTLY IF STAY IS LONGER HOTEL IS NOT CLEANING ROOM AND CHANGING THE BED SHEET & TOWELS THAT YOU HAVE TO WASH BY USING WASHING MACHINE.

"Terrible checking in process, different addresses "

The checking in process is terrible. The address of checking in counter is 15-min walk away from the hotel. I felt so disappointed.

"Excellent"

新築なのでとてもキレイでした。 マンションの一室なので自宅にいるようにくつろげました。 洗濯機、冷蔵庫もあり長期滞在にも利用できそうです。フロントが別場所で少し遠いこと以外はとてもよかったです！

ไม่แนะนำนะคะสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ได้อาศันอยู่ในพื้นที่เพราะตำแหน่งที่คุณเห็นกับจุดที่คุณจะเข้าพักคนละตำแหน่งกันที่ๆคุณเห็นคือเป็นแค่เข้าไปเช็คอินน์รับกุญแจเฉยๆแต่ถ้าคุณจะต้องเข้าพักจะต้องนั่งรถไฟไปอีกสถานีทำให้เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มที่จองไปเพราะตอนแรกบอกอยู่ใก้ลสถานีHakata

"Good"

お風呂が少し汚れていた。ネット完備と書いておきながら接続ができなかった。最もフロントと宿泊施設が遠すぎたのは1番の難点。 しかし設備品自体揃っているからもう少しサービスが向上すれば文句なし。またテレビの使い勝手に少し難があるものの、機種が最新ので大変良かった。また利用したい。
